Sublime

Sublime means exalted, awesome, lofty, unparalleled, supreme, majestic, and it hints at a glorious experience that invites patrons to partake. They seek to delight, inspire and help people discover new and interesting things within the store. It's like a treasure hunt you can pursue — always finding something new, something beautiful, and something you can easily envision being part of your home. Sublime’s brick and mortar opened in the Alderwood Mall in Lynnwood, WA in 2016. The experience is based on comfort, inclusivity and discovery. Each product has a story, and the display matches this story. The aesthetic is authentic and approachable. The palette and materials used for the store are always consistent to the sublime brand: eclectic, rustic and modern. Sublime is a store that feels life-styled. The merchandise is displayed so shoppers can pick something up and put it back down. The design allows guests to wander and find moments of discovery each time they come in. This exploratory element applies to the design of store display. The store displays are a mix of tables, surfaces, and cohesive furniture finds where customers can explore and sift through. The space plan of furniture and tables must align at a specific angle to create satisfying symmetry for shoppers. Using the same grid for all pieces creates fluidity and consistency.
